There are many email providers out there. Totera has researched and tested the industry leaders and recommend the following three options depending on organizational needs and budget.
Formally called G-Suite, Google Workplace includes email and the full suite of Google's productivity tools.
Those familiar with Gmail and Google Docs will find it easy to switch to this solution.

This is an affordable option that will require a bit more setup, but is very similar to the old NameGig system.

This is NameGig's choice, and if you choose to not change providers, you will be migrated to the basic MS 365 account. Those that prefer Microsoft products like Word, Excel and Outlook can upgrade and get access to online versions of the full Microsoft suite.

NameGig periodically updates their server software in order to keep up with the latest security and performance standards. The next round of upgrades will also upgrade the server operating system and scripts such as PHP which some software like CMS Made Simple use.
