Nope. Totera donates a portion of our digital income. The amount our clients pay is not affected. Stripe allocates Totera's contribution toward projects that remove carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the atmosphere, primarily by purchasing the permanent removal of CO₂ at a particular price per ton.

We're glad you asked! Our payment provider, Stripe, directs 100% of our contribution to carbon removal. They employ scientific advisors to help maximize the long-term impact. Stripe buys carbon removal from the exact same projects.
