"When the call was being put out for web designers to help with a redesign of our current site, I knew just who to call. I had worked with PALMATEC in 2002 when as a Marketing Manager for a previous employer, we needed to create a new website. Four years later, at a new job, in a totally different field, I found myself in a similar situation. Our site was in need of a total re-vamping and Frank was who I wanted to work with again. I knew that he and his team could do what we needed and wanted, at a price that was good for both parties. The CEO/Owner of our company was especially pleased with this.
